The invention provides an automatic unhooking device. The automatic unhooking device is characterized by comprising a lifting hook body and a main body beam, wherein an assembly hole I which is used for assembling the main body beam is arranged on a jointed position of a hook handle and a hook of the lifting hook body; a magnetic fastening part is arranged on the end surface of one side of the upper end of the hook handle; the main body beam mainly consists of left and right beam bodies which are symmetrically arranged, and a magnetic part which is fixed between the left beam body and the right beam body; a lifting beam mounting hole, a lifting lug and an assembly hole II matched with the assembly hole I are formed in each of the left and right beam bodies; the lifting hook body is fixedlyconnected with the main body beam; while goods are lifted, a lifting belt passes through the goods and is lifted on the lifting hook; after the goods ascends, the lifting belt is stressed, so that the magnetic fastening part is separated from the lifting hook; and while the goods reaches a specified unloading position and the goods drops stably, the lifting hook body tilts towards one side of thelifting hook handle, and the lifting belt is separated from the lifting hook, so that automatic unhooking is realized. The device is simple in structure and strong in practicability, can effectivelyreduce manpower and material resources, avoid personal operation risks and realize efficient and safe operation.

    本发明提供一种自动脱钩装置,其特征在于,所述自动脱钩装置具有如下结构:在吊钩本体的钩柄与钩子相衔接的位置设有与主体梁装配用的装配孔Ⅰ,钩柄上端的一侧端面上设有磁性扣合部;主体梁,主要由对称设置的左、右梁体以及固定在左梁体和右梁体之间的磁性件构成,左、右梁体上设有吊链安装孔、吊耳和与所述装配孔Ⅰ相匹配的装配孔Ⅱ;吊钩本体与主体梁之间固定连接,在吊装货物时,吊带穿过货物吊挂在钩子上,当货物升起后,吊带受力致使磁性扣合部与钩子脱离,到达指定卸货位置时,在货物落稳后,吊钩本体向钩柄一侧倾倒,吊带与钩子脱离,实现自动脱钩。本发明具有结构简单,实用性强,有效节省人力物力且避免人员操作风险,实现高效安全作业。
