According to the system, two pairs of brake hydraulic cylinders are distributed on the two sides of the front side edge and the rear side edge of a brake disc respectively, and two pairs of brake shoes are installed at the ends of connecting shafts of the two pairs of brake hydraulic cylinders respectively; a rod cavity of each brake hydraulic cylinder is connected with a high-pressure oil source through a high-speed digital switch valve and is connected with an oil tank through a high-speed digital switch valve; a rod cavity of each brake hydraulic cylinder is connected with a pressure sensor, and an infrared distance measuring sensor is installed on a cylinder barrel of each brake hydraulic cylinder. The temperature sensor is arranged adjacent to the brake disc; the method comprises the steps that the pressure of oil in a rod cavity of each brake hydraulic cylinder is adjusted in real time by outputting appropriate frequency and duty ratio to the multiple high-speed digital switch valves, and then the gap of brake shoes in the brake release state can be controlled; temperature signals of the brake disc are collected through the temperature sensor, and then timely and effective early warning is conducted on the high-temperature working condition of the surface of the brake disc. The system and the method can realize a safe and reliable braking process.

    一种含多数字阀、多传感器的液压制动系统及方法,系统:两对制动液压缸分别分布于制动盘前、后侧边缘两侧,两对闸瓦分别安装在两对制动液压缸连接轴端部;每个制动液压缸有杆腔通过一个高速数字开关阀与高压油源连接,同时,通过一个高速数字开关阀与油箱连接;每个制动液压缸有杆腔连接有一个压力传感器,其缸筒上安装有一个红外测距传感器;温度传感器邻近制动盘地设置;方法:通过对多个高速数字开关阀输出合适的频率与占空比的方式,来实时调节各个制动液压缸有杆腔内的油液压力,进而能控制松闸状态时闸瓦的间隙;通过温度传感器采集制动盘的温度信号,进而对制动盘表面高温的工况进行及时有效预警。该系统及方法能实现安全可靠的制动过程。
