The invention relates to a braking control method and system of a two-wheeled vehicle and the two-wheeled vehicle. The method comprises the steps that when a brake handle triggers braking, mechanical braking processing is conducted on the two-wheeled vehicle through a mechanical braking execution device, and when it is detected that the current slip rate of the two-wheeled vehicle is larger than a first preset value, a control device controls an anti-lock braking execution device to conduct anti-lock braking processing; and under the condition that the two-wheeled vehicle is in the anti-lock braking state, if the braking state of the two-wheeled vehicle meets the preset insufficient braking condition, auxiliary demand data are obtained according to the real-time wheel speed and the real-time deceleration rate of the two-wheeled vehicle, and a whole vehicle power motor is controlled to conduct auxiliary braking according to the auxiliary demand data. By the adoption of the method, the effect that the braking force can be increased in the anti-lock braking state can be achieved.
