The invention discloses an oil-electric hybrid vehicle thermal management system based on a heat pump air conditioner. The oil-electric hybrid vehicle thermal management system comprises a heat pump system. The heat pump system comprises an air conditioner evaporator, a heat pump refrigerator, a battery cooling refrigerator and a refrigerant enthalpy increasing device. The engine cooling system comprises an air conditioner heater; the battery heat management system comprises a water-water heat exchanger, the air conditioner evaporator is used for transmitting the refrigerating capacity of a refrigerant to the passenger compartment, and the heat pump refrigerator is used for transmitting the heating capacity of the refrigerant to the engine cooling system, so that the engine cooling system transmits the heating capacity of the refrigerant to the passenger compartment through the air conditioner heater; the battery cooling refrigerator is used for transmitting the refrigerating capacity of a refrigerant to the battery heat management system; and the refrigerant enthalpy increasing device is used for absorbing waste heat of the motor and the control system cooling system. Through cooperative work of the heat pump air conditioner and the heat management system of the oil-electricity hybrid power automobile, safe, environment-friendly and high-energy-efficiency operation of the oil-electricity hybrid power automobile is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于热泵空调的油电混合汽车热管理系统,包括热泵系统;热泵系统包括空调蒸发器、热泵制冷机、电池冷却制冷机和冷媒增焓器;发动机冷却系统包括空调加热器;电池热管理系统包括水水换热器,空调蒸发器用于将冷媒的制冷量传递给乘客舱,热泵制冷机用于将冷媒的发热量传递给发动机冷却系统,以使得发动机冷却系统通过空调加热器将冷媒的发热量传递给乘客舱;电池冷却制冷机用于将冷媒的制冷量传递给电池热管理系统,冷媒增焓器用于吸收电机及控制系统冷却系统的余热。本发明通过油电混动汽车的热泵空调及热管理系统的协同工作,实现油电混动汽车安全、环保和高能效运行。
