The invention relates to the field of blast furnace maintenance processes, in particular to a method for reducing stress concentration in the asymmetric replacement process of a thin-wall blast furnace shell, and the method is used for effectively eliminating stress concentration after the middle section of a blast furnace body is disassembled and rewelded. The supporting cushion blocks are gradually added along with jacking of the hydraulic jack, and after the upper furnace shell of the to-be-replaced part is jacked, an annular reinforcing ring surrounding the furnace shell and a rib plate arranged in the vertical direction are arranged on the outer side of the upper furnace shell; b, the upper furnace shell is welded to the middle of a new furnace shell, the welding mode is an internally and externally symmetrical and small linear energy segmented back welding mode, then the welding stress is reduced, the stress is detected in real time, and it is guaranteed that the stress concentration condition is within the allowable range; c, after the new furnace shell and the auxiliary cooling wall of the new furnace shell are replaced, the cooling wall in the furnace is installed, then the jacking beam is dismantled, an annular reinforcing ring is arranged on the periphery of the new furnace shell, and the state of the blast furnace is monitored on line.

    本发明涉及高炉维修工艺领域,尤其是一种有效消除高炉本体中段拆卸并重新焊接后应力集中的降低薄壁高炉炉壳非对称更换过程中应力集中的方法,包括如下步骤:a、液压千斤顶旁边设置有支撑垫块,所述支撑垫块随着液压千斤顶的顶升而逐渐添加,所述待更换部分的上方炉壳顶升后,再在上方炉壳外侧设置环绕炉壳的环形的加固圈及沿竖直方向设置的筋板;b、将上方炉壳与新的炉壳中部焊接,焊接方式为内外对称、小线能量分段退焊方式,进而减少焊接的应力,并实时检测应力,保证应力集中状况处于允许范围内;c、新的炉壳以及其附属冷却壁更换完毕后,进行炉内冷却壁安装,随后拆除顶升梁,并在新的炉壳外周设置环形加固圈,并在线监测高炉状态。
