The invention relates to an intelligent parking service method and system supporting non-linkable privacy protection, and the method comprises the steps: an initialization setting step, a user registration step, a parking lot registration step, a parking space supply step, a parking space query step, a parking space matching step, a parking reservation step, and a user tracking step. The parking space query generation method can be completed without sending a destination to a third party, and accurate matching of the destination and the parking lot is realized based on the Euclidean distance. According to the method, privacy protection of the identity, the destination and other sensitive information can be completed at the same time based on careless transmission and a pseudonym-based signature technology, and double reservation attacks can be resisted.
