The invention provides a large-span steel beam mounting system and method for rugged topography, the mounting system comprises a plurality of supports, a sliding system, a supporting system and a traction mechanism, the supports are fixedly arranged on the rugged topography between two piers, the sliding system comprises a plurality of track beams arranged in parallel, the track beams are arranged on the supports, and the traction mechanism is arranged on the track beams. The two ends of the track beam are arranged on cover beams of two piers respectively, the track beam is provided with a plurality of counter-force bases and a plurality of sliding block beams, the counter-force bases are arranged in the length direction of the track beam, the sliding block beams are arranged on the track beam in a sliding mode, the sliding block beams are arranged perpendicular to the track beam, and the sliding block beams are used for supporting segment steel beams. The traction mechanism is arranged on the counter-force base and the sliding block beam and used for pulling the segmental steel beam from one end of the track beam to the other end of the track beam, and the supporting system is used for lifting the segmental steel beam moving in place so that the sliding block beam can be moved out of the lower portion of the segmental steel beam. The influence of rugged topography on installation of the large-span steel beam is avoided.

    本发明提供一种用于起伏地形的大跨度钢梁的安装系统及安装方法,安装系统包括多个支架、滑移系统、支撑系统、牵引机构,多个支架固定布置在两个桥墩之间的起伏地形上,滑移系统包括平行布置的多个轨道梁,轨道梁设置在多个支架上,轨道梁的两端分别布置在两个桥墩的盖梁上,轨道梁上设置多个反力座以及多个滑块梁,多个反力座沿轨道梁的长度方向布置,滑块梁滑动设置在轨道梁上,滑块梁垂直于轨道梁布置,滑块梁用于支撑节段钢梁,牵引机构设置在反力座和滑块梁上,牵引机构用于将节段钢梁从轨道梁的一端牵引至另一端,支撑系统用于将移动到位的节段钢梁抬起从而将滑块梁从节段钢梁下方移出。本发明避免了起伏地形对大跨度钢梁的安装影响。
