The invention relates to the field of beam-free arch installation, and particularly discloses a large-span beam-free arch installation method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly simulating the position and the number of lifting points, lifting a first beam-free arch slab, measuring the position of a reference point of the installed arch slab after installation, and adjusting and installing a subsequent arch slab according to the position of the reference point. And all the girderless arch plates are installed. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, analyzing a hoisting point and a hoisting position, adjusting the posture of the beam-free arch slab, and ensuring that the hoisting process is smooth; and the position coordinates of the installed beam-free arch slab are recorded to serve as the datum points, follow-up arch slab installation is controlled according to the positions of the datum points, installation of the arch slab is facilitated, and the installation efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及无梁拱安装领域,具体公开了一种大跨度无梁拱安装方法,首先模拟吊点位置和数量,进行首榀无梁拱拱板吊装,安装好后测量已安装拱板的基准点位置,根据基准点的位置对后续拱板进行调整安装,直到所有的无梁拱拱板安装完毕。本发明首先分析吊点和吊装位置,对无梁拱拱板的姿态进行调整,保证吊装过程顺利;并且记录安装好的无梁拱拱板位置坐标作为基准点,按照基准点的位置对后续拱板安装进行控制,方便拱板的安装,提高了安装效率。
