A drive and fuselage connecting piece is arranged at the bottom of the metal plate base, a rotating shaft composed of a thrust bearing and a flange plate shaft piece is arranged in the drive and fuselage connecting piece, and the metal plate base is rotationally connected to the outer side of a fuselage through the drive and fuselage connecting piece. The overhead rail inspection robot has the beneficial effects that the rotating shaft is designed at the connecting position of the lower portion of the driving mechanism and the robot body, the turning radius of the robot can be greatly reduced, and the problem that the turning radius of a traditional overhead rail inspection robot is too large is solved; and therefore, the device can be mounted on occasions with more compact space requirements.
本发明涉及吊轨巡检机器人驱动机构,包括钣金底座、驱动与机身连接件、张紧机构和驱动机构,钣金底座的两侧均固定连接有轮系侧板,其中一个轮系侧板远离钣金底座的一侧设置有驱动机构,钣金底座的外侧设置有张紧机构,钣金底座的底部设置有驱动与机身连接件,驱动与机身连接件的内部设置为推力轴承和法兰盘轴件组成的转轴,钣金底座通过驱动与机身连接件转动连接在机身的外侧。本发明的有益效果在于,通过在驱动机构下方与机身连接处设计有旋转的转轴,可大幅降低机器人的转弯半径本设计解决了传统吊轨巡检机器人转弯半径过大的问题,且结构本身通过减少机器人的转弯半径,进而能安装在对空间要求更紧凑的场合下。
