The invention belongs to the technical field of high-voltage charging and discharging of new energy automobiles, and particularly relates to a vehicle high-voltage loop control method which comprises the steps that a charging/discharging control instruction of a high-voltage loop is obtained; driving the working state of a switch unit and/or a relay to switch according to the control instruction, so that the first battery pack and the second battery pack start to be charged or discharged outwards in a serial/parallel connection manner; wherein after the working states of the switch unit and the relay are switched, the voltage of a sampling point on the high-voltage loop is acquired based on a preset reference point, and open-circuit fault diagnosis is carried out on the sampling point and/or the reference point according to the acquired voltage. According to the invention, after the high-voltage loop executes different control instructions to enable the switch unit and the relay to act correspondingly, open-circuit fault diagnosis can be carried out on the high-voltage loop in an omnibearing manner, so that the high-voltage loop is maintained to work safely, stably and reliably.

    本发明属于新能源汽车高压充放电技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆高压回路的控制方法,包括:获取高压回路用于充/放电的控制指令;根据控制指令驱动开关单元和/或继电器的工作状态进行切换,以使第一电池包和第二电池包通过串/并联的方式开始充电或者对外放电;其中,在开关单元和继电器的工作状态被切换后,基于预设的参考点采集高压回路上采样点的电压,并依据采集得到的电压对采样点和/或参考点进行开路故障诊断。本发明能够在高压回路执行不同的控制指令以致开关单元和继电器相应动作后,能够全方位的对高压回路进行开路故障诊断,以维护高压回路工作安全且稳定的可靠运行。
