The invention relates to an intelligent cooling system for a driving motor of a new energy commercial vehicle, and the heat dissipating capacity of the cooling system and the heat generating capacity of a cooled system are controlled according to the energy conservation law in combination with the optimal working temperature of a cooling execution component. The motor and the integrated controller control the speed of water flow circulation by controlling the rotating speed of the water pump and adjust the rotating speed of the fan to dissipate heat of cooling water in the radiator. And respectively calculating the heating power of the motor and the integrated controller, and matching the corresponding heat dissipation power by calculating the heating power. According to the heating power of the motor and the integrated controller system, the temperature of the cooled system is maintained within the optimal working temperature range through the heat dissipation power of environment cooling, water pump circulating cooling and fan heat dissipation cooling. The water pump and the fan are provided with a plurality of adjusting points in the heat dissipation power control process, the following performance of the heating power and the heat dissipation power is ensured, the heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling system is improved, and high efficiency of the system is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种新能源商用车驱动电机智能冷却系统,冷却系统散热量和被冷却系统发热量根据能量守恒定律,结合冷却执行部件工作的最佳工作温度进行冷却系统的控制;电机及集成控制器通过控制水泵转速控制水流量循环的速度,调节风扇的转速对散热器中的冷却水进行散热;分别计算电机和集成控制器的发热功率,通过计算发热功率匹配相应的散热功率。根据电机和集成控制器系统的发热功率,通过环境冷却、水泵循环冷却以及风扇散热冷却的散热功率,实现将被冷却系统的温度维持在最佳工作温度范围内。水泵和风扇在散热功率控制过程中设置多个调节的取点,确保发热功率和散热功率的跟随性,提高冷却系统散热效率,实现系统的高效性。
