The invention relates to the technical field of commercial vehicles, in particular to a three-source heat pump framework of a commercial vehicle, a multi-way valve or an island valve is replaced by electromagnetic valves and pipeline design reversing, 29 working mode combinations are achieved through on-off of the four electromagnetic valves, the price is low, control is easy, and reliability is high. A PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) mode is replaced by a mode of reducing the efficiency of a motor, locking the motor and recovering waste heat, and a battery pack is communicated with a motor cooling loop through a cooling liquid four-way valve, so that a compressor for auxiliary refrigeration can be canceled, and compared with a mode of radiating the battery pack by only using compression refrigeration, the cooling efficiency is higher, the system energy consumption is lower, and meanwhile, the compressor is canceled, so that the cost is reduced. The system is simple in structure and lower in price, and solves the technical problems that when an existing commercial vehicle heat pump framework is in a low-temperature environment in winter, a high-power PTC needs to be supplemented to provide a heat source, and due to the added PTC, the framework and algorithm of the whole system are complex, cost is high, and energy consumption is high.

    本发明涉及商用车技术领域,具体涉及一种商用车三源热泵架构,通过采用电磁阀辅以管路设计换向来替代多通阀或岛阀,通过四个电磁阀的通断来实现了29种工作模式组合,价格便宜、控制简单且可靠性高,通过降低电机的效率、堵转电机及余热回收的方式来替代PTC,通过冷却液四通阀将电池包与电机冷却回路联通,从而可取消一个压缩机辅助制冷,相较于仅用压缩制冷给电池包散热,其散热效率更高,系统能耗更低,同时取消了一个压缩机,价格更便宜,解决了现有的商用车热泵架构在冬季低温环境时,需辅以高功率的PTC来提供热源,而增加的PTC会导致整个系统的架构及算法较为复杂、成本高、能耗高的技术问题。
