The safety of the thermal management system is effectively improved; the three-way valve, the four-way valve and the nine-way valve are combined to effectively meet the requirements of shunting and converging of cooling liquid, and the system is suitable for 25 working modes of the heat pump; the front-end heat dissipation module comprises an independent mode and a parallel mode, self-circulation heat dissipation of the motor can be achieved, cooling liquid is heated through waste heat of the motor, the front-end heat dissipation module is particularly suitable for recycling the waste heat of the motor to heat a battery, and energy consumption of a compressor and electric heating PTC is effectively reduced; a cab inlet parallel module can be selected, cooling liquid enters a cab cold air core body and a cab warm air core body, and the cab heat exchange amount is increased; low-temperature cooling liquid flows into the cold air core body, the cab electric heating PTC is started, and the device is suitable for a cab demisting mode.
