In order to achieve the method, the invention provides a point cloud preprocessing method, the laser radar is used for measuring traffic volume and visibility and distinguishing weather conditions, the highway construction area dynamic speed limiting system based on the laser radar is achieved, traffic police, roadsides and vehicles of the system cooperate with one another through a communication protocol, information transmission is carried out, and the dynamic speed limiting effect is achieved. And dynamic speed limiting of the vehicle is realized.

    本发明属于交通安全和智能交通领域,具体涉及一种基于激光雷达的高速公路施工区动态限速方法与系统,适用于恶劣天气条件。针对高速公路施工区,本发明运用智能网联技术,提出了一种车、路、人三方协同的动态限速方法,提高高速公路施工区的通行能力,降低交通事故。为了实现该方法,本发明提出了一种点云预处理方法和运用激光雷达测量交通量、能见度及区分天气条件,实现了一种基于激光雷达的高速公路施工区动态限速系统,该系统交警、路侧、车辆通过通信协议相互协同,进行信息传输,实现车辆动态限速。
