The invention discloses a highway construction area dynamic speed limit recommendation value calculation method. The method comprises the steps that (1) collecting the traffic volume, the average vehicle running speed and the distance from a vehicle to a construction area; (2) establishing a database by utilizing the acquired data; (3) calculating according to the database to obtain road density and queuing length, establishing a continuity equation of traffic flow according to a traffic flow fluctuation theory, and calculating by utilizing the continuity equation of the traffic flow to obtaina traffic wave velocity of an upstream transition section of a construction area; and (4) judging whether the traffic flow in the construction area is congested or not according to the traffic wave velocity, if so, calculating an expected vehicle speed according to the road density and the queuing length under the variable speed limit control condition of the construction area, and taking the expected vehicle speed as a dynamic speed limit recommendation value of the expressway construction area. According to the method, timely and sufficient road condition information is provided for the driver, the driver is guided to drive safely by providing the dynamic speed recommendation value of the expressway construction area, traffic accidents are reduced, and the traffic capacity is improved.
本发明公开了一种高速公路施工区动态限速推荐值计算方法,(1)采集交通量、车辆平均行驶速度以及车辆到施工区的距离;(2)利用采集的数据建立数据库;(3)根据数据库计算得到道路密度和排队长度,根据车流波动理论,建立车流的连续性方程,利用车流的连续性方程计算得到施工区上游过渡段的交通波速;(4)根据交通波速来判断施工区车流是否会发生拥堵,当会发生拥堵时,通过道路密度及排队长度,在施工区可变限速控制条件下,计算得到期望车速,将所述的期望车速作为高速公路施工区动态限速推荐值。本发明为驾驶人提供及时、充分的路况信息,通过提供高速公路施工区动态速度推荐值来引导驾驶人安全行车,减少交通事故,提高通行能力。
