The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle wild animal tracking system based on deep learning, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle wild animal tracking system model, a hardware part comprises a ground server and an unmanned aerial vehicle system; the software part comprises an improved TransT image tracking algorithm and an unmanned aerial vehicle wild animal tracking control algorithm. Through combination of software and hardware, tracking of dynamic wild animals by the unmanned aerial vehicle can be realized.
