The invention discloses a vertical shaft rigid shaft guide inclination state recognition system and method.The system is characterized in that a system equipment fixing layer is erected on the top of a shaft, a plurality of guide wheels are installed on the system equipment fixing layer, and a lifting container is hoisted on at least one guide wheel through a traction rope; the system further comprises a plumb line position reference system, a laser detection system and a data acquisition and transmission system. A plumb line reaching the bottom of a vertical shaft is placed in a shaft way, a vertical laser beam mechanism with a pose adjusting function is arranged at a well mouth, and error mathematical models at different positions are obtained by combining three-point plumb reference coordinates; meanwhile, photosensitive sensors such as a monitoring probe are arranged on the lifting container to obtain the light spot translation state of light beams on the upper portion of the lifting container in the whole operation process of the lifting container, a light spot and cage guide inclination state mathematical mapping model is established, characterization parameters of the inclination state are obtained, and regular inspection of the vertical shaft cage guide inclination state is achieved; under the condition that coal mine operation is not affected, the problem that shaft guide inclination cannot be accurately sensed is solved.

    本发明公开了一种立井刚性罐道倾斜状态识别系统及方法,系统包括井道顶部架设系统设备固定层,系统设备固定层上安装有若干导向轮,至少一个导向轮上通过牵引绳吊装有提升容器,还包括铅垂线位置参考系统、激光检测系统和数据采集传输系统。通过在井道内放置直至立井底部的铅垂线,在井口设置具备位姿调整的竖直激光束机构,结合三点铅垂参考坐标得到不同位置下的误差数学模型,同时在提升容器上设置监视探头等可感光的传感器获取提升容器整个运行过程光束在提升容器上部的光斑平移状态,建立光斑与罐道倾斜状态数学映射模型,得到倾斜状态的表征参数,实现立井罐道倾斜状态的定期巡检,在不影响煤矿作业的情况下,解决罐道倾斜无法精确感知问题。
