    本发明公开了一种矿井立井刚性罐道缺陷诊断方法,包括提升系统试验台、罐笼、三方向加速度传感器、信号采集仪和笔记本电脑,三方向加速度传感器通过磁铁安装在罐笼顶部的中间位置,三方向加速度传感器通过数据传导线与信号采集仪相连接,信号采集仪通过网线与笔记本电脑相连接。本发明以立井提升系统刚性罐道为对象,采集其实时的振动加速度信号,利用经验模态分解结合希尔伯特谱对振动信号进行特征描述,奇异值分解进行特征提取并建立特征矩阵,利用算法对支持向量机模型优化,并利用其对刚性罐道的缺陷进项模式识别和分类,解决了现阶段对于立井提升系统刚性罐道的缺陷故障研究不够充分,传统的诊断手法效率较低,准确率较低的问题。
