The invention discloses a hoisting machine for hoisting a bridge prefabricated part. The hoisting machine comprises a hoisting basket for placing the prefabricated part; the baffles are mounted on the inner side of the hoisting basket at intervals; limiting damping assemblies are installed at intervals between the baffles and the hoisting basket, the baffles are connected with the hoisting basket through the limiting damping assemblies, and the limiting damping assemblies can adjust the damping performance of the limiting damping assemblies. In the hoisting process, the four faces of the prefabricated part abut against the baffles, the gaps between the baffles and the hoisting basket are connected with the hoisting basket through the limiting damping assemblies, and the limiting damping assemblies generate large damping force to abut against the baffles to conduct limiting protection on the prefabricated part. And the situation that the prefabricated part shakes in the hoisting basket in the hoisting process, displaces, collides and is damaged is avoided, and the problems that when the prefabricated part is smaller than the inner space of the hoisting basket, an interval exists, and when the prefabricated part shakes in the hoisting process, the prefabricated part can displace with the hoisting basket to be collided and damaged are solved.

    本发明公开了一种桥梁预制构件吊装用的起重机器,包括:用于放置预制构件的吊装篮;间隔安装在吊装篮内侧的挡板;挡板至吊装篮之间的间隔安装有限位阻尼组件,挡板通过限位阻尼组件与吊装篮连接,限位阻尼组件能调节本身阻尼性大小。吊装过程中,预制构件四面通过挡板抵住,挡板至吊装篮之间的间隔通过限位阻尼组件与吊装篮连接,通过限位阻尼组件产生较大阻尼力抵住挡板对预制构件进行限位保护,避免预制构件吊装过程中在吊装篮内部产生晃动发生位移磕碰损坏的的情况发生,解决了预制构件小于吊装篮内部空间时有间隔,预制构件吊装过程中产生晃动时会与吊装篮发生位移而产生磕碰损坏的问题。
