The captive balloon inflation unfolding equipment comprises a box body and a lifting inflation assembly, the top of the box body is provided with a first opening allowing the captive balloon to go in and out, and a containing space used for containing the captive balloon is formed in the box body. The lifting inflation assembly comprises an inflation pipe, an inflation connector and a lifting driving mechanism, the inflation connector comprises a first connector and a second connector which are detachably connected, the inflation pipe is connected with the first connector, and the second connector is configured to be connected with an inflation inlet of the captive balloon. The lifting driving mechanism is arranged in the box body, and the output end of the lifting driving mechanism is connected with the inflation pipe so as to drive the inflation pipe to drive the inflation connector to move vertically in a lifting mode. The invention provides tethered balloon inflation unfolding equipment, a tethered balloon system and an inflation unfolding method. The tethered balloon inflation unfolding equipment, the tethered balloon system and the inflation unfolding method are used for overcoming the defects that when an existing tethered balloon is inflated, operation is complex, and more manpower resources are consumed.
