The invention discloses a self-inflating balloon observation navigation device which comprises a shell and a gas manufacturing cavity formed in the shell, two solution shells are arranged in the gas manufacturing cavity, two balloons used for providing lifting force are arranged in the balloon observation navigation device, when one balloon is damaged, the other balloon can be used; zinc blocks and sulfuric acid are stored in the device; when the balloon needs to be lifted off, the zinc blocks and the sulfuric acid react to generate hydrogen; compared with common gas, the density of the hydrogen is much smaller than that of the air so that the balloon can provide large lifting force, and when the balloon is lifted off, a corresponding camera can be hung on the lower side of the balloon; image information shot by the camera can be transmitted to a mobile phone of a user in real time, the user can judge the corresponding position according to the image information, and a cable long enough is arranged in the device so that the balloon can fly to the height high enough.
