The polyether, the isocyanate, the plasticizer, the curing agent, the diluent and the hydrophobic filler are adopted as raw materials, the to-be-treated surface of the bamboo-based buoyancy material is specifically poured with the waterproof coating prepared from the raw materials, the corrosion resistance of the treated surface of the bamboo-based buoyancy material is enhanced, the water absorption rate is reduced, meanwhile, the bamboo-based buoyancy material has a certain buffering function, and the service life of the bamboo-based buoyancy material is prolonged. The impact resistance is improved, the damage risk is reduced, and the waterproof coating is light in weight and has small influence on the overall buoyancy of the bamboo-based buoyancy material.
本发明公开了一种海上浮式竹基平台高浮力处理方法,涉及表面处理技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:S1:将待处理竹基浮力材料进行部分遮盖处理,使得仅有待处理表面暴露于外部;S2:将待处理竹基浮力材料固定在容器内,并置于真空浇注罐内,抽真空处理。本发明采用聚醚、异氰酸酯、增塑剂、固化剂、稀释剂和疏水性填充剂为原料,将竹基浮力材料的待处理表面针对性浇注由上述原料制成的防水涂料,处理后的竹基浮力材料表面耐腐蚀性增强,吸水率下降,同时具备一定的缓冲功能,抗撞击性能提高,减少破损风险,且防水涂料质轻,对竹基浮力材料的整体浮力影响较小。
