The power decoupling device comprises a first shaft; a second shaft coaxial with the first shaft; the second shaft is sleeved with the coupling hub in a circumferential anti-torque mode, the coupling hub reciprocates relative to the second shaft in the axial direction and is used for being coupled with or decoupled from the first shaft, and a spiral guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the coupling hub; the radial inner end of the shifting pin is used for being inserted into the guide groove in the radial direction, and when the second shaft drives the coupling hub to rotate, the shifting pin makes contact with the side wall of the guide groove so as to push the coupling hub to move in the direction away from the first shaft and be decoupled from the first shaft; and the driving assembly is used for driving the shifting pin to move in the radial direction, and when the shifting pin makes contact with the side wall of the guide groove, the shifting pin rolls relative to the side wall of the retaining groove. The side wall of the guide groove is in rolling contact with the shifting pin, friction force and abrasion can be reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
