The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle heat management, in particular to a phase-change heat storage temperature control system and method for electric vehicle heat management, and the system comprises a motor heat management loop, a battery heat management loop, a phase-change heat storage loop, a heat pump air conditioner loop and a controller module; the motor heat management loop and the battery heat management loop store waste heat generated during operation into the phase-change heat storage loop, the phase-change heat storage loop utilizes the stored waste heat to achieve the preheating function of a battery and/or the preheating or heating function of a cab, and the heat pump air conditioner loop is used for providing the refrigeration function for the battery and providing the refrigeration function for the cab. And/or a heating or cooling function is provided for the cab, and the controller module is used for controlling the work of each loop. According to the control method, an integrated control method considering the battery and cab preheating function and the air conditioner temperature control function is adopted, the electric vehicle heat management system and the phase change heat storage loop work efficiently and orderly, meanwhile, the fuzzy self-adaption PID control method is combined, and the heat utilization efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及电动车辆热管理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电动车辆热管理的相变换储热温控系统及方法,包括电机热管理回路、电池热管理回路、相变换储热回路、热泵空调回路和控制器模块;所述电机热管理回路和电池热管理回路将运行中产生的余热储存到相变换储热回路,所述相变换储热回路利用储存的余热实现电池的预热和/或驾驶室的预热或制热功能,所述热泵空调回路,用于为电池提供制冷功能,和/或为驾驶室提供制热或制冷功能,所述控制器模块用于控制各回路的工作。本发明采用兼顾电池和驾驶室预热功能与空调温控功能的一体化控制方法,使电动车辆热管理系统与相变换储热回路高效有序的工作,同时结合模糊自适应PID控制方法,提高了热利用效率。
