The low-temperature thermal management control system comprises an HCU (hydraulic control unit), an electric drive loop and a battery loop, and the electric drive loop is connected with the battery loop through a four-way valve; the electric drive loop comprises a low-temperature radiator, a motor water pump, an electric drive system and a three-way valve, the motor water pump and the electric drive system are respectively connected with the four-way valve, the electric drive system is connected with an inlet of the three-way valve, and two outlets of the three-way valve are respectively connected with the low-temperature radiator and the motor water pump; the battery loop comprises a battery water pump, a heat exchanger and a battery, the battery water pump and the heat exchanger are respectively connected with the four-way valve, and the heat exchanger is connected with the battery for exchanging heat for the battery; the HCU is connected with the four-way valve, the three-way valve, the motor water pump, the electric drive system and the battery water pump, judges the heating mode of the hybrid electric vehicle under the low-temperature working condition and controls the on-off condition of the three-way valve and the four-way valve according to the heating mode.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车低温热管理控制系统及其控制方法,包括HCU、电驱回路及电池回路,电驱回路与电池回路通过四通阀连接;所述电驱回路包括低温散热器、电机水泵、电驱系统、三通阀,电机水泵和电驱系统分别连接四通阀,电驱系统连接三通阀的入口,三通阀的两个出口分别连接低温散热器及电机水泵;电池回路包括电池水泵、换热器以及电池,电池水泵及换热器分别连接四通阀,换热器连接电池用于给电池换热,电池连接电池水泵;HCU分别与四通阀、三通阀、电机水泵、电驱系统、电池水泵连接,判断混合动力汽车低温工况的加热模式,并根据加热模式控制三通阀和四通阀的通断情况。
