According to the method, the height adjusting function of the suspension system can be brought into play to a large extent after the vehicle body height adjusting fault occurs, limping strategy selection of the suspension system under different vehicle body height adjusting function faults can be achieved in a targeted mode, the height adjusting function of the suspension under the fault is brought into play to a large extent, and the suspension body is effectively protected.
本发明提出一种车辆高度调节故障的跛行控制方法、系统及控制器,方法包括:发送第一车身高度调节指令;依据第一车身高度调节指令获取车身高度调节的反馈信息,并根据反馈信息判断车身高度调节是否出现异常;若是,则获取当前车速;当当前车速大于预设阈值时,再次发送第一车身高度调节指令,并获取反馈信息以判断车身高度调节是否出现异常;若是,则在当前高度下禁止车身高度调节,并进入第一跛行模式或第二跛行模式。本发明实现了出现车身高度调节故障后可以较大程度地发挥悬架系统高度调节功能,并且能够针对性地解决悬架系统在不同车身高度调节功能故障下跛行策略的选择,较大程度地发挥悬架在故障下的高度调节功能,有效保护悬架本体。
