The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and provides a vehicle limp control method and a controller. The vehicle limp control method comprises the following steps that when itis determined that a vehicle meets a preset limp mode activation condition, an engine is controlled to drive an electric motor to generate electricity and output a voltage to a DCDC converter, wherein the limp mode activation condition comprises that energy cannot be provided for the whole vehicle when a preset fault occurs in a high-voltage battery of the vehicle, and the engine and the electricmotor are free of faults; and whether the DCDC converter can work normally or not is determined, if the DCDC converter can work normally, the vehicle is limited to operate at a first speed, the DCDCconverter is controlled to supply power to vehicle electric devices, and if the DCDC converter cannot work normally, the vehicle is limited to operate at a second speed, wherein the first speed is larger than the second speed. According to the scheme, the characteristic that the vehicle has multiple power sources can be brought into play, limp of the vehicle is achieved, the situation that the vehicle cannot be powered on to run after a power battery breaks down is avoided, and use scenes of the vehicle are broadened.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,提供一种车辆跛行控制方法及控制器。所述车辆跛行控制方法包括:在确定车辆满足预设的跛行模式激活条件时,控制发动机带动电机发电并向DCDC转换器输出电压,其中所述跛行模式激活条件包括车辆的高压电池出现预设故障而无法为整车提供能量以及所述发动机和所述电机无故障;以及确定所述DCDC转换器是否能够正常工作,若是,则限制车辆以第一速度运行并控制所述DCDC转换器向车辆用电器件供电,否则限制车辆以第二速度运行,其中所述第一速度大于所述第二速度。本发明方案可以发挥车辆具有多个动力源的特点,实现车辆跛行,避免车辆在动力电池发生故障之后无法上电行驶,拓宽了车辆的使用场景。
