According to the method, the current pressure value of a tire and the current temperature value of the surface of the tire are obtained, the current pressure value is compared with a preset pressure range, a pressure comparison result is obtained, the current temperature value is compared with a preset temperature range, and a temperature comparison result is obtained; in combination with the pressure comparison result and the temperature comparison result, the running state of the tire is predicted, and when the prediction result is that the tire has the tire burst risk, tire burst early warning is conducted; the current pressure value of the tire and the current temperature value of the surface of the tire are comprehensively considered, whether the tire burst risk exists in the running process of the tire or not is predicted according to the pressure comparison result and the temperature comparison result, the single judgment factor and the single judgment mode are avoided, and the accuracy of tire burst risk prediction is improved.
