The invention discloses a vacuum foaming device for cleaning space debris. The device is composed of a closed two-component liquid mixing system and a mixed liquid injection system, is installed on a spacecraft, is integrally a combination of modularized and customized parts, is simple in structure and low in cost, can prepare expansion foam, and aims to remove small space fragments in batches by using a foam resistance increasing method. The double-component liquid mixing system comprises the stirring device, so that liquid can be uniformly mixed under the microgravity condition, the working efficiency is high, and the mixing effect is good. The mixed liquid injection system realizes the injection of mixed liquid by using the internal and external pressure difference of the motor and the box body, and the mode is low in power consumption and suitable for foaming in a vacuum environment.
