The capturing mechanism comprises a first box body and a mechanical claw folded and stored in the first box body, wherein a rope releasing assembly is arranged in the first box body, and a steel wire rope is connected between the mechanical claw and the rope releasing assembly; the resistance sail mechanism comprises a second box body, a rotating shaft and a plurality of sail film storage boxes are arranged in the second box body, a sail film is folded and stored in each sail film storage box, a first flange plate is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, a second flange plate is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft, a springtape located between the first flange plate and the second flange plate winds the rotating shaft, and a resistance sail unlocking assembly is arranged on a box cover of the second box body. The combined space debris cleaning device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to implement, and combined with the combined space debris cleaning method, the combined space debris cleaning device can clean space debris effectively, and is energy-saving and environmental-friendly, good in using effect and convenient to popularize and use.
