The invention provides a road section delay time calculation method and device, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a track data set of multiple vehicles in a target road section within unit time; grouping the trajectory data set according to the vehicle unique identifier to obtain a plurality of vehicle trajectory data of each vehicle; obtaining vehicle static delay time, vehicle driving delay time and vehicle delay time based on the vehicle trajectory data; and respectively accumulating the vehicle static delay time, the vehicle driving delay time and the vehicle delay time to obtain static total delay time, driving total delay time and road section delay time. According to the method, the delay time is divided into static delay and dynamic delay based on the characteristics of the sensing data of the cloud control platform, the static delay time and the driving delay time of the vehicle are obtained through calculation according to the characteristics of the track data of the vehicle, then the delay time of the road section is obtained, and data support is provided for calculation of indexes such as congestion degree.

    本发明提供一种路段延误时间的计算方法、设备、存储介质及程序产品,该方法包括:获取单位时间内目标路段的多辆车的轨迹数据集;按照车辆唯一标识对轨迹数据集进行分组,以得到多个每辆车的车辆轨迹数据;基于车辆轨迹数据,得到车辆静态延误时间、车辆行驶延误时间和车辆延误时间;将车辆静态延误时间、车辆行驶延误时间和车辆延误时间分别进行累加,以得到静态总延误时间、行驶总延误时间和路段延误时间。本发明基于云控平台的感知数据的特点,将延误时间分为静态延误和动态延误,根据车辆轨迹数据的特点分别进行计算得到车辆静态延误时间和车辆行驶延误时间,进而得到路段延误时间,为拥堵度等指标的计算提供了数据支撑。
