A high-voltage electricity testing device relates to an electroscope carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle. The invention aims to solve the problems of manpower resource consumption, low maintenance efficiency and safety risk existing in the detection of the existing high-voltage electricity testing equipment. The high-voltage electricity testing equipment comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, an insulating rope storage device, an insulating rope, an electroscope, a wireless signal transmission unit and a remote control terminal, an insulating rope storage device is fixed at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the insulating rope storage device is used for winding or releasing the insulating rope so as to adjust the length of the part, extending out of the insulating rope storage device, of the insulating rope; the electroscope is hung below the unmanned aerial vehicle through the insulating rope; the electroscope is used for generating an electricity alarm signal and sending the electricity alarm signal to the remote control end through the wireless signal transmission unit after detecting the voltage or current exceeding a set threshold value; and the remote control terminal is used for giving an alarm after receiving the electricity alarm signal.
