The invention discloses a high-voltage electricity taking safety control device which comprises a PLC upper-mounted controller and a VCD vehicle control unit, the PLC upper-mounted controller is electrically connected with the VCD vehicle control unit through a CAN bus and performs data interaction with the VCD vehicle control unit, the VCD vehicle control unit is electrically connected with a PDU high-voltage box, and the PDU high-voltage box is electrically connected with the PLC upper-mounted controller. The PLC top-mounted controller is connected with a first electric appliance and a second electric appliance through a CAN bus. And the Hall sensor is connected to the high-voltage wire harness. A loading system and a chassis system are integrated into one control system through a CAN bus, a Hall sensor is additionally arranged on a high-voltage wire harness, and the PLC loading controller, the VCD vehicle control unit, the PDU high-voltage box and the Hall sensor are used in cooperation. Potential safety hazards caused by electric leakage and short circuit are prevented by means of pre-discharge request, pre-discharge, pre-discharge current detection, work discharge request, real-time voltage and current detection and automatic power failure judgment, so that the probability of occurrence of safety accidents is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高压取电安全控制装置,包括PLC上装控制器以及VCD整车控制器,所述PLC上装控制器通过CAN总线与VCD整车控制器电性连接并进行数据交互,所述VCD整车控制器与PDU高压盒电性连接,所述PLC上装控制器通过CAN总线分别连接有第一用电器和第二用电器;接入高压线束的霍尔传感器。本发明通过CAN总线将上装系统和底盘系统整合到一个控制系统中,并在高压线束上加装霍尔传感器,通过PLC上装控制器、VCD整车控制器、PDU高压盒以及霍尔传感器的配合使用,通过预放电请求、预放电、预放电电流检测、工作放电请求、实时检测电压电流大小、自动判断断电的方式防止漏电、短路造成的安全隐患,进而减少安全事故发生的概率。
