The invention discloses a U-shaped beam hoisting device and method, and the device comprises a bearing plate which is supported at the bottom of a U-shaped beam; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting block and hanging rods, the two ends of the connecting block are each connected with a set of hanging ropes, the upper ends of the hanging rods are fixed to the two ends of the connecting block, and the lower ends of the hanging rods are connected with the bearing plate; the balance beam frame comprises clamping plates, main beams and lifting rope clamping pieces which are arranged in pairs, the pair of clamping plates are arranged on the outer sides of flanges on the two sides of the U-shaped beam respectively, each clamping plate is provided with a pair of through holes, the lower end of each clamping plate is bent to hook the outer lower side face of the corresponding flange, and the two ends of the pair of main beams penetrate into the through holes of the clamping plates. The problem that in the prior art, when the U-shaped beam is hoisted, balance is insufficient is solved, the lifting ropes and the balance beam frame are bound through the lifting rope clamps, the balance control point of the U-shaped beam is lifted to the height of the flanges, the stability and high efficiency of the hoisting process of the U-shaped beam are achieved, and the device can be suitable for hoisting U-shaped beams with different flange widths.

    本发明公开了U型梁吊装装置及方法,装置包括:承托板,其承托于U型梁的底部;连接组件,其包括连接块和吊杆,所述连接块两端各连接有一组吊绳,吊杆的上端固定在连接块的两端,吊杆的下端与承托板连接;平衡梁架,其包括成对设置的夹板、主梁和吊绳夹件,一对所述夹板分别设置在U型梁两侧翼缘的外侧,每块夹板上设置有一对通孔且下端弯折钩住翼缘的外下侧面,一对主梁两端穿入夹板的通孔中。本发明克服了现有技术在对U型梁进行吊装时平衡性不足的问题,装置通过用吊绳夹件将吊绳与平衡梁架进行绑定,将对U型梁的平衡控制点上升到翼缘高度,实现U型梁吊装过程的平稳高效,可以适用于不同翼缘宽度的U型梁的吊装。
