The cross-medium unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage; a hydraulic system or a motor driving system is arranged in the machine body, and a planetary roller lead screw lifting system is further installed in the machine body. The wings are connected with the fuselage through wing connecting structures; a pod propeller; before entering water, the wings are controlled by a hydraulic system or a motor driving system to contract firstly and then retract into the fuselage at a variable sweepback angle; after the cross-medium unmanned aerial vehicle enters water, the pod propeller is controlled by the planetary roller screw lifting system to extend out of the fuselage, and the cross-medium unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled by the pod propeller to move underwater; when the unmanned aerial vehicle is ready to get out of water, the pod propellers are still kept under the water surface to provide power for the cross-medium unmanned aerial vehicle, and the wings are controlled through a hydraulic system or a motor driving system to be released from the fuselage from a variable-sweepback-angle state and then unfolded before lift-off; after the aircraft lifts off, the pod propeller is controlled by the planetary roller screw lifting system to be retracted into the aircraft body, and the resistance during flight is reduced.
