The invention relates to a walking steering mechanism for a hydraulic back-tipping car unloader. A walking wheel shaft penetrates through a connecting plate and is welded to the connecting plate, the upper end of the connecting plate is connected with a walking wheel shaft support, the walking wheel shaft support is in bolted connection with a stepped shaft support, the stepped shaft support is in welded connection with a stepped shaft, and the stepped shaft is connected with a rotating body through a bearing. The upper part of the stepped shaft is connected with a limiting sleeve through a key and is locked by a nut; a gland is arranged on the outer side of the limiting sleeve at the upper end of the rotating body and connected with the rotating body through a bolt, a rotating supporting arm support is fixed to the outer side of the rotating body, a rotating supporting arm is fixed to the outer side of the limiting sleeve, and the two ends of a rotating oil cylinder are connected with the rotating supporting arm and the rotating supporting arm support respectively. The other side of the lifting supporting arm is hinged to one side of the base, the two ends of the lifting oil cylinder are connected with the base and the lifting supporting arm respectively, and the base is connected with a bottom frame of the hydraulic back-tipping car unloader. The walking wheels are synchronous in steering and small in turning radius.

    本发明涉及一种液压后翻卸车机用行走转向机构。行走轮轴穿过连接板,行走轮轴与连接板焊接,连接板上端连接行走轮轴支座,行走轮轴支座与阶梯轴支座螺栓连接,阶梯轴支座与阶梯轴焊接连接,阶梯轴通过轴承与旋转体连接;阶梯轴上部通过键连接限位套,阶梯轴的上端用螺母锁紧;旋转体上端限位套的外侧设有压盖,压盖通过螺栓与旋转体连接,旋转体外侧固定有旋转支臂支座,限位套外侧固定有旋转支臂,旋转油缸两端分别与旋转支臂和旋转支臂支座连接,升降支臂一侧与旋转体固定连接,升降支臂另一侧与底座一侧铰接,升降油缸两端分别与底座和升降支臂连接,底座与液压后翻卸车机的底架连接。本申请的行走轮转向同步,转弯半径小。
