The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle chassis, discloses a vehicle steering side-tipping mechanism and an active side-tipping vehicle using the same, and particularly relates to a vehicle body active side-tipping control technology under the vehicle steering condition. The vehicle steering side-tipping mechanism comprises a vehicle body, lower swing rods, a steering knuckle spindle and upper swing rods which are sequentially and rotationally connected and symmetrically arranged to form a side-tipping kinematic chain, shock absorbers are connected with the lower swing rods on the two sides, and steering arms, connecting rods, steering knuckles and wheels form a steering kinematic chain. Vehicle steering and vehicle body roll movement are independent, in the vehicle body horizontal plane, a steering arm rotates relative to a vehicle body, and the corresponding outer wheel deflection angle and the corresponding inner wheel deflection angle meet the Ackerman steering condition. In the transverse vertical plane of the vehicle body, the vehicle body rotates relative to the median plane of the shock absorber passing through the rotating axis of the vehicle body and the lower swing rod, the vehicle body and the wheels roll in a linkage mode, a roll movement transmission chain does not comprise the shock absorber, timing and accurate control over the roll angle of the vehicle are achieved, and therefore the running stability and safety of the active roll vehicle are improved.

    本发明属于车辆底盘技术领域,公开了一种车辆转向侧倾机构及应用该机构的主动侧倾车辆,特别涉及车辆转向条件下的车身主动侧倾控制技术,车辆转向侧倾机构包括:车身、下摆杆、转向节主轴、上摆杆顺序转动连接、对称布置形成侧倾运动链,减震器连接两侧下摆杆,由转向臂、连杆、转向节和车轮构成转向运动链;车辆转向与车身侧倾运动独立,在车身水平面内,转向臂相对车身转动,对应外车轮偏转角和内车轮偏转角满足阿克曼转向条件;在车身横垂面内,车身相对过车身与下摆杆转动轴线的减震器中位面转动,车身和车轮联动侧倾,侧倾运动传动链中不包含减震器,实现了车辆侧倾角的正时和精确控制,以便提高主动侧倾车辆的行驶稳定性和安全性。
