The invention relates to an electric drive system for controlling an eight-crawler walking mechanism to walk and a deviation rectifying method, the eight-crawler walking mechanism comprises four crawler chassis, each crawler chassis is provided with a slewing mechanism, the crawler chassis is rotatably connected with a group of crawler mechanisms through the slewing mechanisms, and each crawler mechanism comprises two crawler bodies. The electric drive system is used for controlling the eight-crawler walking mechanism to walk linearly, a plurality of speed reduction motors are matched with the crawler mechanisms, so that a plurality of crawler bodies operate at differential speed, deviation correction of the single crawler mechanism and deviation correction or steering of the whole eight-crawler walking mechanism are conducted, and the automatic deviation correction function during eight-crawler walking is achieved; the situation that the whole multi-crawler walking mechanism bears unbalanced force and is damaged due to the fact that deviation correction is not timely after the single crawler chassis deviates is avoided, the safety of multi-crawler walking is greatly improved, and the problems that a hydraulic system is low in driving precision, low in efficiency, slow in response, complex in operation, high in requirement for professional skills of workers and the like are effectively solved.

    本发明涉及一种控制八履带行走机构行走的电驱系统及纠偏方法,八履带行走机构包括四个履带底盘,每个履带底盘上均设有回转机构,且履带底盘通过回转机构转动连接有一组履带机构,履带机构包括两个履带本体。本发明通过电驱系统控制八履带行走机构直线行走,多个减速电机与履带机构的配合,使多个履带本体差速运行,进行单个履带机构的纠偏以及八履带行走机构整机的纠偏或转向,实现八履带行走时自动纠偏的功能,避免了因单个履带底盘跑偏后纠偏不及时导致整个多履带行走机构承受不平衡力而损坏,大幅提高了多履带行走的安全性,有效解决液压系统驱动精度低、效率低、响应慢、操作复杂、要求从事人员专业技能高等问题。
