The invention discloses an automatic angle adjusting battery replacing robot which comprises a battery replacing base station, a reversing type hoisting mechanism and a self-locking type clamping mechanism, charging bins are arranged in a box cavity of the battery replacing base station at equal intervals, and a conveying mechanism for a heavy truck battery is arranged on the upper box cavity wall of the battery replacing base station; the reversing type hoisting mechanism is arranged on a trolley part in the conveying mechanism and used for stably hoisting the heavy truck battery and achieving automatic angle adjusting and reversing operation of the heavy truck battery in the hoisting process, and the self-locking type clamping mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the reversing type hoisting mechanism and used for wrapping type clamping and locking operation of the heavy truck battery. And automatic clamping and limiting operation is realized during clamping and locking. According to the battery replacing robot capable of automatically adjusting the angle, automatic angle reversing adjustment of a heavy truck battery in the hoisting process is achieved, in addition, wrapping type clamping and locking of the heavy truck battery are achieved, clamping and limiting after clamping and locking are automatically achieved, and the automation performance is guaranteed.
