The bus-bar expansion joint comprises a left expansion joint bus-bar, a right expansion joint bus-bar, an expansion joint slide way, an expansion joint fixed slide block and an expansion joint movable slide block, the left expansion joint busbar and the right expansion joint busbar are longitudinally arranged in parallel, the expansion joint slide way is embedded into the inner side of the left expansion joint busbar, and the expansion joint fixing slide block is embedded into the inner side of the right expansion joint busbar; the expansion joint moving sliding block is located between the expansion joint sliding way and the expansion joint fixing sliding block, and carbon rods are arranged on the two sides of the expansion joint moving sliding block and inserted into the inner side of the expansion joint sliding way and the inner side of the expansion joint fixing sliding block respectively. The device is low in structural height and light in weight, is suitable for a low-clearance tunnel environment, can compensate thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature change of a system, and guarantees smoothness of a contact line by limiting the sag of the expansion joint.
本发明涉及一种汇流排膨胀接头。现有汇流排膨胀接头在城市轨道交通地下隧道内无法满足低净空及补偿调整需求。本汇流排膨胀接头包括左侧和右侧膨胀接头汇流排、膨胀接头滑道、膨胀接头固定滑块和膨胀接头移动滑块;左侧和右侧膨胀接头汇流排纵向平行设置,膨胀接头滑道嵌入左侧膨胀接头汇流排的内侧,膨胀接头固定滑块嵌入右侧膨胀接头汇流排的内侧;膨胀接头移动滑块位于膨胀接头滑道和膨胀接头固定滑块之间,膨胀接头移动滑块的两侧设置有碳棒,分别插入膨胀接头滑道和膨胀接头固定滑块的内侧。本发明结构高度低,重量轻,既适用于低净空隧道环境,又能对系统因温度变化导致的热胀冷缩进行补偿,通过限制膨胀接头下垂度保证了接触线的平顺。
