The two sections of busbars are located at the two ends of the clamping structure respectively and fixedly connected to the different flow guide plates respectively; the electric connection device is arranged on the top or the side face of the clamping structure and electrically connects the two flow guide plates. By adopting the expansion joint structure, a mechanical gap generated by thermal expansion and cold contraction at the joint of the busbars at the two ends can be effectively compensated, stable transition and continuous current taking can be achieved when a pantograph passes through the expansion joint structure, and it is ensured that the dynamic performance of a pantograph net meets the current collection standard requirement of the pantograph net.
本发明一种汇流排膨胀接头,安装于刚性接触网系统中两段沿线路纵向并按固定间距平行布置的汇流排之间,其具有导流板和电连接装置;每个导流板的内侧面均设有向两端延伸的滑槽,两个导流板以内侧面相对而并排间隔设置,两者之间通过嵌入滑槽中的导滑块形成可相对滑动的卡合结构;两段汇流排分别位于该卡合结构的两端,并分别固定连接在不同导流板上;电连接装置设置于卡合结构的顶部或侧面,并将两个导流板电连接。通过采用本发明的膨胀接头结构,可有效地补偿两端汇流排连接处因热胀冷缩产生的机械间隙,能够实现受电弓通过时的平稳过渡与连续取流,并确保弓网动态性能满足弓网受流标准要求。
