The connecting device comprises a bottom plate, a supporting plate, a connecting assembly and a linkage mechanism, under the gravity effect of the battery pack, the supporting plate can turn over relative to the bottom plate with the edge of the first end in the width direction of the supporting plate as a rotating shaft, and the connecting assembly is driven to be in butt joint with the battery pack in the turning-over process; meanwhile, the distance from the second end of the driving piece to the elastic piece is gradually reduced, the first end of the driving piece drives the elastic piece to stretch out and draw back, the elastic piece has elastic potential energy in the stretching-out and drawing-back state, when the battery pack is taken out of the supporting plate, the elastic piece restores to the original state, and the second end of the elastic piece reacts on the first end of the driving piece; therefore, the driving piece can still rotate relative to the supporting plate with the second end as the center, and then the supporting plate can smoothly restore to the original position relative to the bottom plate.
