The invention discloses a quick-plug connecting device, an electric vehicle and a battery rack, the quick-plug connecting device is used for being connected with a battery pack so as to convey a cooling liquid into a liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack, and the quick-plug connecting device comprises a fixing plate, a connecting plate and a connecting rod, the floating mechanism is elastically connected to the fixed plate; and the liquid cooling connector is connected to the floating mechanism and used for being connected with the liquid cooling pipeline in an inserted mode. The liquid cooling connector is connected to the floating mechanism, the floating mechanism is elastically connected to the fixed plate, and the liquid cooling connector is in floating connection through the floating mechanism, so that a liquid cooling pipeline of the battery pack and the liquid cooling connector can be butted even if a certain deviation exists between the liquid cooling pipeline and the liquid cooling connector; according to the quick-plug connecting device, the success rate of plug-in connection between the liquid cooling connector and the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack is improved, meanwhile, no leakage phenomenon exists in the plug-in connection process, connection looseness of the liquid cooling connector is effectively avoided, the stability of the quick-plug connecting device is greatly improved, and the service life of the quick-plug connecting device is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种快插连接装置、电动车辆和电池架,所述快插连接装置用于与电池包相连,从而将冷却液输送至所述电池包内的液冷管路中,所述快插连接装置包括:固定板;浮动机构,所述浮动机构弹性连接于所述固定板;液冷连接器,所述液冷连接器连接于所述浮动机构并用于与所述液冷管路插接。液冷连接器连接在浮动机构,浮动机构弹性连接于固定板,通过浮动机构使得液冷连接器实现浮动连接,使得电池包的液冷管路与液冷连接器之间即使存在一定偏差也可以实现对接,提高了液冷连接器与电池包内的液冷管路之间插接成功率,同时实现在插接过程中无渗漏现象,且有效避免了液冷连接器的连接松动,大大提高了快插连接装置的稳定性,延长使用寿命。
