The invention provides a method and device for controlling operation of a battery swap station based on grouping management, and the method achieves the operation control of the battery swap station based on two-stage optimization: in the first stage, introducing an energy-based hierarchical evaluation mechanism, carrying out the reward and punishment calculation of an electric vehicle owner in combination with a power grid state and an initial in-station battery state grouping result, therefore, a target function for maximizing the income of the vehicle owner is established; in the second stage, an objective function for maximizing the revenue of the battery swap station is constructed based on the in-station battery state grouping result after battery swap and the power grid state; and by maximizing the objective function of the two stages, the operation states of the battery swap and the two groups of batteries of the battery swap station and the corresponding charging and discharging power are optimized. Furthermore, the service life of the battery is prolonged, the usable value of the battery is fully exerted, the load of a power grid is reduced, the benefit of the battery swap station is increased, and the benefit of the battery swap station is maximized.

    本发明提供了一种基于分组管理的换电站运行控制方法及装置,该方法基于两阶段优化实现换电站运行控制,第一阶段引入基于能量的分层评价机制、结合电网状态及初始站内电池状态分组结果对电动汽车车主进行奖惩计算,从而建立车主收益最大化的目标函数;第二阶段基于换电后站内电池状态分组结果与电网状态构建换电站收益最大化的目标函数;通过最大化两阶段的目标函数,优化换电站换电和两组电池的运行状态以及相应的充放电功率。进一步地,提高了电池的使用寿命,全面发挥电池的可使用价值,降低了电网负荷,增加了换电站的效益,实现换电站收益最大化。
