The invention discloses a real-time four-wheel-drive hybrid excitation driving system for a hybrid power mine truck and a control method, which not only can provide higher output power, but also has excellent adjusting capability, and meanwhile, reduces the maintenance cost of a motor and reduces vibration and noise generated during working. According to the driving system, the mode that oil and electricity are mixed to provide power is adopted, power battery driving serves as auxiliary driving, diesel engine driving serves as main driving, by selecting a reasonable working mode, most of the operation time of the diesel engine is in a high-efficiency interval, fuel consumption is reduced, and meanwhile the SOC value of a power battery pack is always in a reasonable range; the permanent magnet part of the hybrid excitation motor does not participate in the braking process, the phenomenon that a permanent magnet is demagnetized due to high temperature is avoided, the service life of a battery is prolonged, and meanwhile the overall power performance of a vehicle is improved. The problems that a traditional hybrid power technology is complex in control and insufficient in power can be solved, and the working efficiency of a mine truck is improved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力矿卡适时四驱混合励磁驱动系统及控制方法,既可提供较大的输出功率,又具有优良的调节能力,同时降低了电机的维护成本,减轻了工作时产生的振动及噪音;驱动系统采用油电混合提供动力的方式,动力电池驱动为辅助驱动,柴油发动机驱动为主驱动,通过选择合理的工作模式,使柴油发动机绝大多数运行时间都处于高效率区间,减少了燃油消耗,同时动力电池组的SOC值始终处于合理范围内;混合励磁电机的永磁部分不参与制动过程,避免了永磁体因高温退磁的现象,在延长电池使用寿命的同时,提高了车辆整体的动力性能;能够解决传统混合动力技术控制复杂、动力不足的问题,提高矿卡的工作效率。
