The invention discloses an anti-slip control system and method for a railway arrival-departure line parking device, and the system comprises a route system which is used for obtaining route information and transmitting the route information to a control logic part; the trackside video devices are arranged at the two ends of the station track and used for obtaining station track video information and sending the station track video information to the control logic part; the axle detection equipment is arranged on the station track where the parking device is located at intervals and used for obtaining axle detection information and sending the axle detection information to the control logic part; and the control logic part is used for automatically controlling the action of the parking device on the arrival and departure line through the full-electronic trackside control unit based on one or more of the route information, the station track video information and the axle detection information during arrival and departure line receiving, arrival and departure line departure and arrival and departure line shunting operation. By adopting the control system, errors caused by human participation are reduced, the risk of colliding with the locomotive is reduced, the control safety and the operation efficiency of the parking device are improved, and the user experience is improved.
