An arrival-departure line electric parking device comprises a pair of brake rails (1), a rail clamp assembly (6) fixed to a stock rail, a bottom beam assembly (7), a plurality of pairs of left support arm assemblies (2) and right support arm assemblies (5) and a driving mechanism assembly (3), and each pair of left support arm assemblies (2) and right support arm assemblies (5) act in an action plane vertical to the stock rail. The brake rails (1) are respectively fixed on the outer sides of the corresponding left support arm assembly (2) and the right support arm assembly (5), and the bottom beam assembly (7) is relatively and fixedly limited between stock rails through the rail clamp assembly (6), and the technical key points are as follows: the rail clamp assembly (6) comprises an inner clamping plate (6-2) and an outer clamping plate (6-7) which are fastened through a welding screw rod (6-8); and the inner clamping plate (6-2) is connected with the bottom beam main plate (7-1) in a manner that the vertical distance is adjustable. Action synchronization rate at two ends of the equipment is high, and brake rails on two sides are balanced in lifting; and when the motor fails and cannot be relieved, manual relieving can be performed.
