According to the application, whether the sampling of the output side electric signal is normal can be identified, and when the sampling of the output side electric signal is abnormal, the step-down DCDC circuit can continuously work through the high-voltage side electric signal, and meanwhile, the risk of vehicle anchoring is reduced.
