The invention provides a device for storing mine pressure energy of a fully mechanized coal mining face, which is used for circularly utilizing the mine pressure energy converted by a hydraulic support of the working face in a coal mining process, a hydraulic stand column playing a supporting role is arranged in the hydraulic support of the working face, and a safety valve is arranged on the hydraulic stand column. The working face hydraulic supports are further provided with pushing jacks used for pulling the working face hydraulic supports and moving the scraper conveyor, and the working face hydraulic support system comprises an energy accumulator station composed of a plurality of energy accumulators connected in series, and the energy accumulator station is connected with hydraulic stand columns on the working face hydraulic supports through main energy storage pipes; the support energy accumulator is composed of an energy accumulator and connected with the hydraulic stand column through a first energy storage pipe. The invention further provides a method for storing the mine ground pressure energy of the fully-mechanized coal mining face by using the device for storing the mine ground pressure energy of the fully-mechanized coal mining face. The method is used for storing high-pressure liquid in a hydraulic stand column before liquid drainage and descending of a fully-mechanized coal mining hydraulic support and/or high-pressure liquid overflowing from a safety valve during constant resistance of the hydraulic support of the fully-mechanized coal mining face.
