The embodiment of the invention provides an anchor rod supporting and tunneling all-in-one machine and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tunneling construction. The anchor rod supporting and tunneling all-in-one machine comprises an equipment body, a tunneling mechanism and an anchor rod supporting mechanism. A walking mechanism is arranged below the equipment body and used for driving the equipment body to walk. The tunneling mechanism comprises a mechanical arm and a crushing device. The mechanical arm is installed at one end of the equipment body. The crushing device is hinged to the end, away from the equipment body, of the mechanical arm. The anchor rod supporting mechanism is arranged at the end, away from the crushing device, of the equipment body and rotationally connected with the equipment body. The tunneling mechanism and the anchor rod supporting mechanism are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the equipment body correspondingly, synchronous and independent construction of the tunneling procedure and the supporting procedure can be achieved, meanwhile, the requirement for multi-space and multi-dimensional construction operation can be well met in a narrow space, and the labor cost is reduced.

    本发明的实施例提供了一种锚杆支护掘进一体机及其施工方法,涉及掘进施工技术领域。本锚杆支护掘进一体机包括设备本体、掘进机构和锚杆支护机构。设备本体下方设置有行走机构,用于带动设备本体行走。掘进机构包括机械臂和破碎装置。机械臂安装在设备本体的一端。破碎装置与机械臂远离设备本体的一端铰接。锚杆支护机构设置在设备本体远离破碎装置的一端,并与设备本体转动连接。本发明通过在设备本体前后两端分别设置掘进机构和锚杆支护机构,可以实现掘进工序和支护工序同步独立施工,同时能很好的在狭小的空间内满足多空间多维度施工作业的要求,降低人力成本。
